Photo2PDF Lite Privacy Policy
Photo2PDF Lite respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Photo2PDF Lite Android application.
1. About Photo2PDF Lite
Photo2PDF Lite lets users select photos, arrange multiple images on PDF pages, edit images, adjust page layouts and margins, preview documents, create PDF files, open PDF documents and share generated PDFs. Core photo and PDF processing is performed directly on the user's device. The app does not require an account or sign-in.
2. Photos, PDF documents and files
Photo2PDF Lite accesses photos and documents only when the user selects them or grants access through Android's system file or photo picker. Selected photos, PDF files and document contents are processed locally on the device and are not intentionally uploaded to servers operated by Operatech.
3. Generated and temporary files
The app may create local temporary files, cached images or rendered PDF data for preview, editing, performance and PDF generation. These remain on the device and may be removed by the app or Android. Generated PDF files remain under the user's control.
4. Sharing files
Users may share generated PDF documents through Android's system sharing functionality. Sharing occurs only when the user chooses to share a file. After transfer to another app or service, that third party's privacy practices apply.
5. Advertising
Photo2PDF Lite uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK to display banner and interstitial advertisements. Advertising requires an internet connection.
Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or process information such as IP address (which may be used to estimate general location), app or ad interactions, diagnostic and performance information, and device or account identifiers including advertising-related identifiers where available. Google may use this information for advertising, ad delivery, measurement, analytics, security and fraud prevention.
Operatech does not provide users' selected photos, PDF documents or document contents to advertising providers for advertising purposes.
6. Consent in the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland
Photo2PDF Lite uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) and Google's consent management system. Where required, eligible users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland may be shown a consent message before advertising is requested. The message may allow users to consent, decline consent or manage privacy options.
7. Third-party advertising services
Google and its advertising partners may process certain information independently according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations. Depending on consent, device settings and applicable law, this may include general location derived from IP address, advertising identifiers, device information, app interactions, advertising interactions, diagnostic data and performance information.
Operatech does not sell users' personal information.
8. Analytics and diagnostics
Photo2PDF Lite does not operate a separate developer-controlled behavioral analytics system for user profiling. Google Mobile Ads SDK may process app interactions, advertising interactions and diagnostic information as part of providing, measuring, securing and improving advertising services.
9. Internet access
Core photo-to-PDF functionality is designed to operate on the device. Internet access may be used to load advertisements, obtain or update consent information, open this Privacy Policy, open external links or access Google Play services.
10. Accounts
Photo2PDF Lite does not require account registration and Operatech does not maintain Photo2PDF Lite user accounts on its own servers.
11. Permissions
The app requests only permissions or system access required for its functionality. Where supported, Android system photo or file pickers are used so users can select specific photos or documents. Network access may be used by Google advertising and consent services.
12. Data security
Primary photo and document processing occurs locally on the device. Data transmitted by third-party services such as Google Mobile Ads is handled according to those providers' security practices.
13. Data retention
Operatech does not maintain a developer-operated database containing users' selected photos, generated PDF documents or document contents. Local files remain on the device until deleted by the user, the app or Android. Information processed by Google advertising services may be retained according to Google's applicable policies.
14. Children's privacy
Photo2PDF Lite is a general productivity and document utility application and is not specifically designed or directed toward children.
15. International data processing
Third-party service providers such as Google may process information in countries other than the user's country of residence, subject to their privacy practices and applicable data protection requirements.
16. Your privacy choices
Depending on region, device and applicable law, users may be able to manage advertising identifiers, advertising personalization and consent choices. Where Google's consent message is required, users may review or change privacy choices through the privacy options interface.
17. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This policy may be updated when Photo2PDF Lite changes functionality, advertising services, privacy practices, third-party services or legal requirements. Material changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
